MY JOB IS A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF DATA ANALYTICS, STRATEGY, AND MARKETING. I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IDEATION AND MEASUREMENT OF OUR GLOBAL, PERSONALIZED, AND FRONT OF HOUSE LOYALTY CAMPAIGNS THAT ARE DEPLOYED THROUGH THE myRewards Plus app. I WORK IN AGILE CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS ACROSS DIGITAL COMMS, BRAND, DIGITAL PRODUCTS, APP DEVELOPMENT, AND CONSUMER INGIHTS.

PERSONALIZATION AT SCALE
Our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional digital and in-store experience. Our program structure allows to provide personalized offers to our guests and build a relationship beyond our primary program offerings.

- I own the strategy, ideation, and backlog of our personalization efforts
- I complete the measurement and reporting for every personalized campaign
FRONT OF HOUSE
10 CENT PROGRAM
Our Auto/RV guests have a different primary rewards program than our professional drivers. Pilot has stepped into this space and has one of the best gas discount programs in the industry. In addition to 10 cent savings on each gallon of gas, Pilot provides offers in the myRewards Plus app.

- This includes providing an omni channel experience to the guest


GLOBAL STRATEGY
PUSH FOR POINTS
This is our primary loyalty rewards program that is offered globally to every professional driver. I maintain this program by strategizing and deploying pulse promotions and specialized campaigns to keep our guest engaged with our program
DETAILS:
- I measure the results and daily performance of this program to ensure we meet our KPIs
- I keep key stakeholders informed and facilitate monthly reporting
- I own our data analytics visuals such as dashboards and measurement tools
